We Believe
that the Bible is inspired and the only infallible written Word of GOD. It is the final authority of how we are to live (2 Timothy 3:16, 2Peter 1:20-21)
We Believe
that there is only one GOD eternally existent in three persons. The Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. These being one GOD are equal in deity, power, glory and worthy of the same worship, reverence and obedience (Deuteronomy 6:4, Ephesians 4:4-6)
We Believe
in the deity of JESUS CHRIST; He is fully GOD and fully man, was conceived of a virgin birth, lived a sinless life, His vicarious and atoning death, had a bodily resurrection and is ascended to the right hand of the Father where HE makes intercession for the saints and is going to return to earth in power and glory (Matthew 1:18-25, Romans 1:3-6, John 3:16, Acts 1:9-11, Romans 8:34, 2 Corinthians 5;21, Philippians 2:6-11, John 1;1-18, Colossians 1:15-23)
We Believe
that man was created in the image and likeness of GOD’S righteous and without sin. As a result of his disobedience, he is subject to inherent sin and all humans are therefore by nature sinful been unable to reconcile to GOD in himself apart from the salvation of JESUS CHRIST (Genesis 1:26-28, Romans 3:9-18; 5:12-21).
We Believe
that salvation is the gift of GOD by grace alone and received by personal faith in the LORD JESUS CHRIST (John 1:12-13, John 6:37-44; 14:6, Acts 16:30-31, Ephesians 2:8-10, Romans 10:11)
We Believe
in the water baptism by immersion (Matthew 28:19, Romans 6:3-11).
We Believe
in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit. He is the promise of the Father, the comforter, whose indwelling in the Christian enables us to live holy, minister and be witnesses of JESUS CHRIST on earth (Acts1:4-8;4:29-31, Romans 8:9, Galatians 5:16-25, Ephesians 1:13-14).
We Believe
In the baptism of the Holy Spirit, that signs and wonders as well as the gift of the Holy Spirit are operative today to advance the Kingdom of GOD (Matthew 3:11, Acts 2:4, Romans 12:3-8, Ephesians 4:11-13).
We Believe
In the resurrection to eternal life for the believers and in the resurrection to damnation of non-believers (Revelations 20:11-15, 2 Corinthians 5:1-10, John 5:25-29)
We Believe
In the rapture of the church at the end of the great tribulation (Titus 2:13, 1 Corinthians 15:50-58, Philippians 3:20-21).
We Believe
that the church; the body of CHRIST consists of all who put their faith in JESUS CHRIST. The Church exists to carry on the ministry of Jesus Christ and further advance HIS kingdom here on earth (Matthew 28:18-20, Matthew 16:17-19, Ephesians 4:11-16, Hebrews 10:23-25, 1Peter 2:9-10)
We Believe
in the sacredness of marriage between one man and one woman and family commitment (Genesis 2:24, Leviticus 18:22 Matthew19:5, Ephesians 5:31-33)
We Believe
that satan, originally the angel Lucifer, rebelled against GOD, taking a multitude of angels with him. He was cast out of GOD’s presence and is at work to establish his counter kingdom of darkness, evil and unrest on earth. Satan was judged and defeated at the cross of CHRIST and will be cast forever in to the lake of fire which has been prepared for him and his angels. (Isaiah 14:10-17, John 12:31, Revelations 20:10).
